Position Title: Supply Chain Executive - Electronics R&D
We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Chain Lead to join our Electronics R&D team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes to support the development and production of cutting-edge electronic products. You will work closely with our R&D team to source high-quality components, optimize manufacturing processes, and manage supplier relationships to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure project requirements are met
collaborate with the R&D team for new product development initiatives.
Coordinate manufacturing activities including purchasing, logistics, and incoming quality control to ensure timely production schedules are met.
Identify and select suppliers for approved parts, ensuring a balance between cost and quality, and maintain strong supplier relationships for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies for electronic components.
Build exceptional rapport with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery of all purchase orders.
Prepare project quotes for manufacturing, incorporating material costs, manufacturing costs, duties, taxes, logistics costs, and overheads.
Conduct cost analysis for ongoing projects and suggest cost-saving measures to optimize expenses.
Manage global procurement activities and oversee import and export documentation and regulations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to forecast demand, identify market trends, and plan procurement strategies for electronic components.
Validate designs through the manufacturing process, conducting design reviews, and ensuring design integrity for manufacturing compatibility.
Manage the Part Database and oversee document control for the entire project, ensuring comprehensive requirements are met.
Initiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with manufacturers and co-ordinate design reviews and validations in collaboration with them.
Using MRP, ERP, and PLM tools, as well as lean manufacturing practices, to optimize supply chain operations.
Lead and manage a team of supply chain personnel and engineering support staff, including hiring and training initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Release and Document Control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in ECE/EEE/E&I is Must.
Should be Proficient in Advanced Excel, and Technical Tools. Understanding about the Orcad/Allegro tools and should be able to interpret the Design Files for the Costing and Manufacturing Activities.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
Proficiency in MRP, ERP, and PLM tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
