As a design leader, you'll communicate effectively, manage projects adeptly, and contribute to our commitment to innovative branding and design. **Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and deliver creative solutions, visualising client concepts
- Execute high-quality design work in alignment with agency standards
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency
- Drive on-ground and online experiences through brand projects
- Stay abreast of industry trends, infusing innovative elements into designs

**Experience and Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proven expertise in print and digital design
- Collaborative and proactive work approach
- Demonstrated understanding of business objectives and strategic design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a spectrum of impactful design projects
