- Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle servicing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
