**About the company**

Anaxee is India's REACH Engine We help Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of India, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

**Job Role**:
We are looking for the Community Mobilizer who will be responsible for social / community mobilization in the target sites, for implementation of project activities in coordination with project staff, for networking and coordination with other stakeholders, collection of data and information for report and projects.

**Job Location**:Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

**Salary Range**:2 LPA- 3.6 LPA

**Experience**:1+ year experience

**Preferred Qualification**:MBA

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation and reporting of On-Field Supervisions.- Community engagement with different NGO’s and Communities working in Society.- Support the Communities and partners in adoption of new Techniques.- Monitoring of the performance of environmental conservation groups.- Environmental Protection and Wellbeing of Society.- Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.- Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.- Facilitate stakeholders and partners in supervision and monitoring of programmatic activities.- Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annually.- Facilitate networking relationships and participation with wide stakeholders such as government, church, faith-based organization leaders, and other key partners at the local level such as NGOs, CBOs, IGA groups- Foster partnerships with local institutions in environmental conservation monitoring.**Requirements**:
Experience in community mobilization or proven experience of running educational activities with children, working with an NGO, or being in touch with the communities.- Ability to propose, create and run community activities.- Experience in community mobilization and conducting outreach activities.- Good communication and social skills to establish relationships with different communities.- Ability to work in a team and co-run activities.- Computer skills (MS Office) can be an asset.- Strong organizational and reporting skills.- Strongly motivated by humanitarian work.- Dynamic, creative, positive, flexible, and a good team player.- Good experience in data collection and data entry.- Good experience in communication with communities and awareness campaigns.**What we offer**
