- Managing international calls and helping them to understand and book treatments

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

**Key Skills**

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Graduate from any Field. Previous experience in a customer support role

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400067, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
