**Job Description**:
Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Experience Executive to join our team. As a Regional Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience across all our stores in the New Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Train and mentor store staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistent implementation across all stores
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure all store facilities and equipment are in good working condition to provide a seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular store visits to assess customer service standards and provide feedback to store managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively train and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience strategies
- Knowledge of jewellery industry and customer preferences in the New Delhi region is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
