**Job Summary**:
The Student Affairs Officer is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of student services and engagement activities to enhance student experience and well-being. This role involves handling student grievances, facilitating administrative processes, coordinating events, and ensuring accurate maintenance of student records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Student Services & Administration
- Handle student grievance cases promptly and effectively.
- Manage issuance of student ID cards and ensure timely delivery.
- Process course change requests and maintain accurate academic records.
- Handle student leave requests in coordination with academic departments.
- Manage student accommodation bookings and related documentation.
- Oversee visa cancellation and renewal requests for students.

2. Academic Support
- Assist with re-enrollments and ensure smooth academic progression.
- Communicate revised fee structures and scholarship information to students.
- Support document issuance, including NOCs, Bonafide certificates, and recommendation letters.

3. Student Engagement & Well-being
- Organize and coordinate orientation and induction programs for new students.
- Plan and execute college events and contribute to the college magazine.
- Promote student well-being initiatives and provide appropriate referrals for counseling support.
- Encourage and manage Google reviews to improve institutional reputation

4. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate maintenance of student data in institutional systems.
- Generate reports on student engagement, grievances, and academic progress as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Student Services, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in student services, academic administration, or a related role.

**Skills**:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of academic policies, student support systems, and visa regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems.

- Event planning and coordination skills.

- Timeliness and accuracy in handling student requests.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
