Tele Sales Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Pitch products/services in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with interested or previously contacted leads.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

**Requirements**:*
- Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or MS Office tools.
- Language proficiency in English, Hindi, or local language as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
