**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive #**Junior Project Coordinator** to support our project management team in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic team. You will play a key role in keeping projects organized, ensuring timely communication, and helping to deliver successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

2. Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports.

3. Track project progress and assist in identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks.

4. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

5. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

6. Ensure that projects stay on track, within budget, and meet deadlines.

7. Help monitor project risks and issues and escalate when necessary.

8. Support the development of project reports and performance metrics.

9. Coordinate resource availability and allocation with relevant departments.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Jira).

6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

8. Basic understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.

9. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, but not required.
