**Job Title**: Swimming Coach

**Department**: Recreation / Spa & Wellness
**Reports To**: Recreation Manager / Fitness Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Swimming Coach is responsible for providing swimming instruction to guests of various skill levels, developing training programs, and helping individuals improve their swimming technique and confidence in the water.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
- Assess swimmers’ skill levels and develop personalized training plans.
- Teach correct stroke techniques, breathing, and safety protocols.
- Motivate and encourage swimmers to improve performance.
- Monitor swimmer progress and provide regular feedback.
- Organize swimming events or competitions for guests.
- Collaborate with other wellness and recreation staff for program planning.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certified Swimming Instructor (e.g., from ASCA, AUSTSWIM, or equivalent).
- Strong background in competitive or professional swimming.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and motivational skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
