- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular swimming and fitness sessions for residents, women.
- Design personalised workout routines and swimming programs tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of gym and pool facilities at all times.
- Provide basic first aid and handle emergency situations in the pool or gym if needed.
- Ensure all residents follow pool/gym rules and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance needs or safety issues.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certified Swimming Coach and Certified Fitness/Gym Trainer (REPS, ACE, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in coaching swimming and conducting fitness training, preferably in residential communities, clubs, or schools.
- CPR/First Aid certified (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and senior citizens.
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety.
- **Additional Information**:

- Working hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resident schedules.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
