As a Logical Reasoning Trainer in the education sector, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance students' logical reasoning skills. You will work closely with students, helping them build a solid foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive logical reasoning curriculum tailored to the specific needs of students at different levels, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and objectives.

Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to impart logical reasoning techniques and strategies to students. Employ a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, case studies, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning.

Assessments and Feedback: Design and administer assessments and tests to evaluate students' logical reasoning skills and progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to overcome challenges.

Individualized Coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching and support to students who require additional assistance in developing their logical reasoning abilities. Identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized action plans to enhance their problem-solving skills.

Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and methodologies related to logical reasoning and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum. Continuously seek innovative teaching techniques and resources to improve the effectiveness of the training program.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
