Job Summary:
The Accountant cum Operations role is responsible for managing the company’s financial records and supporting operational tasks. This hybrid position combines accounting duties with operational responsibilities to ensure efficient business processes and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
Operations:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Manage inventory and procurement processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with project management and logistics planning.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Support HR activities, such as payroll processing and employee record management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and operations roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
