**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner team in Bangalore. The role involves actively engaging with prospective clients, showcasing residential land driving sales closures in coordination with developer partners. You will be the face of the company in the field and play a key role in meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact and follow up with leads on a daily basis.
- Attend site visits with potential buyers and explain project details.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates, project information, and client requirements.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding projects, legal processes, and payment plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and meetings with channel partners.
- Report daily activity, site visits, and lead status to the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate field sales or similar domain (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
