As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your role involves coordinating with various departments, addressing challenges, and optimizing production processes to achieve operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:Lead, train, and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

**Production Oversight**:Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Address any deviations from plans promptly and make necessary adjustments.

**Resource Allocation**:Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively to meet production targets and optimize productivity.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and maintenance to ensure resource availability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
