**Position Overview**

You will be responsible for designing and editing various types of content, including YouTube videos, static social media posts, blog visuals, and landing pages.

**Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality YouTube videos, including adding subtitles, transitions, and animations.
- Enhance raw footage with appropriate music, effects, and overlays.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design visually appealing static posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling blog visuals that align with the content.
- Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing landing pages to support ARULA’s campaigns.

**Content Development**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand’s voice and mission.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance visual content strategies.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms by adhering to ARULA’s branding guidelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree (must)

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with Canva and AI tools like MidJourney, Jasper, or similar for rapid design prototyping.
- Strong video editing skills with tools like Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with website-building platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) for landing pages.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in English is MUST.

**Experience**:

- 0-1 years of professional experience (minimum) in graphic design and video editing.
- Prior experience in edtech or working with non-profit/mission-driven brands is a plus.
