**Roles and Responsibilities of Industrial Engineer**
- Use specialized software to create models and drawings of products.
- Responsible to produce the first set (Proto) or batch of products (Pilot lot) against customer’s first order by taking the following steps as required.
- Organize and maintain existing engineering records.
- Construct prototypes and confirm designs with design/purchasing team.
- Studying the customer drawings and make available from/ based on the customer drawings, required Part drawings to other functions.
- Prepare and Responsible for Technical feasibility review.
- Preparing the Process Flow Chart.
- Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes.
- Preparing the Engineering BoM, Material BoM & Process BoM
- Determining and arranging for the required Jigs, Fixtures and Templates.
- Preparing Control Plans, Time study, Route Card.
- Carrying out FMEA study.
- Preparing Weld Maps with welding Sequences based on Product & service.
- Define surface Area and weight calculation.
- Coordinate with the production function for manufacturing of Proto samples, verifying at identified stages for conformity to requirements involving QA and customer as required FAI Pilot Lot.
- Defining Packing List, Packing standards and Procedures.
- Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards like ASTM, DIN, ISO etc
- Good knowledge of Estimation and costing.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD and Sheet metal nesting.
- Knowledge of CATIA V5.
- Sheet metal.
- Part Design.
- Detailing.
- Assembly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
