Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an engaging and comprehensive curriculum for the IB English program.
- Lead and manage a team of English teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with the IB Coordinator and other department heads to align curriculum and instructional practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities related to English language and literature.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires and motivates students to achieve their full potential.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IB education and English language teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's degree in English Literature or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in an IB school.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum and assessment practices is highly desirable

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
