**Job Summary**:
**Location**: Dighi, Pune.

**Salary**: 12K- 16K in hand

**Gender**: Male/Female (Anyone can apply).

**Department**: Electronics R&D / Production

**Qualification/Experience**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in electronics assembly (freshers can also apply).
- Familiarity with **rework tools**, **magnifiers**, or **microscopes**

**Desirable/Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **hand soldering (THT & SMD)**:

- Basic knowledge of **electronics components and circuits**:

- Ability to read **basic schematics or assembly drawings**:

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of **multimeters and testing tools**:

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual soldering** of SMD and through-hole components on PCBs
- Assemble and test **electronic circuits** and **hardware prototypes**:

- Inspect solder joints and components for quality assurance
- Assist in **wiring, crimping, and harnessing** of connectors and cables
- Operate tools such as hot air guns, soldering stations, multimeters, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workbench
- Support the R&D and production team during the prototyping and pilot phases
- Document and report assembly/testing results when needed
