**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients for IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Pitch IT solutions, software, and services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in **IT Sales**.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT products, software, and services.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
