**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Create, update, and optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve product visibility and sales performance.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance product rankings on marketplaces.
- Use Advanced Excel for data management, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, macros, and VBA functions.
- Handle bulk uploads of product data using CSV files and manage data mapping processes.
- Write API queries to automate product updates and synchronize information between internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions across platforms to ensure optimal product availability and competitiveness.
- Conduct regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, gross profit, conversion rates, SEO performance, and average order value.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to listings, uploads, or account health concerns.
- Stay updated on platform policies to ensure compliance with listing guidelines.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, social media, and development teams to drive site performance and identify growth opportunities
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Product Listing Expertise: Experience in managing product listings on Amazon, eBay, and similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, macros, and VBA functions for eUicient data management.
- E-commerce Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
- API Knowledge: Experience writing API queries to automate product data updates and manage integrations. - Data Management: Strong understanding of CSV files, data mapping, and bulk upload processes.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles to improve product visibility
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve listing issues and account related problems.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with platform support teams and internal stakeholders
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of other marketplaces like Walmart, Flipkart, or Etsy.
- Experience with third-party API tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with queries is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML for product description formatting.
- Experience with pricing strategies and inventory management tools.
- Adobe Suite experience is an advantage
**About You**:
- You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar e-commerce role.
- You are consistently searching for ways to improve digital assets and processes.
- You have excellent attention to detail and can work independently or as part of a team.
- You have a good understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential.
