We’re looking for a data-driven, operationally-minded team member in the role of **E-commerce Operations Executive** who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing structure, insights, and optimization to the day-to-day. You will play a pivotal role in our journey towards making Dtocs a popular D2C brand in US. This position requires **minimum 1 year of relevant experience** in ecommerce domain preferably Amazon USA marketplace.

Responsibilities Include:

- **Inventory Tracking & Reporting**: Manage bi-weekly inventory updates, forecast stockouts, and optimize warehouse/3PL costs.
- **Order Fulfillment Oversight**: Ensure smooth processing of seller-fulfilled orders across Amazon, Faire, Wayfair, and more — tracking shipments through to delivery.
- **Sales & Traffic Analysis**: Generate different type of weekly and monthly reports for monitoring sales, traffic, competition pricing etc. Track performance KPIs: sessions, conversion rates, ad spend, ROAS
- **Customer Support & Escalations**: Respond to customer inquiries and proactively follow up on order statuses.
- **3PL & Vendor Management**:Communicate with logistics partners, verify invoices, and flag cost-saving opportunities.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle Amazon-related escalations including order issues, FBA disputes, and catalog updates & corrections.
- **Listing & Asset Submission**: Ensure listings and images are accurately submitted and updated across all selling channels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
