Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations, to ensure the efficient operation of all resort facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of resort buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, and initiate purchase orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety protocols and training for maintenance staff.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
