**Position**:Sales Executive
**Location**: Vashi
**Experience**: 1 yr to 3 yrs
**Salary**: 30k to 35k
**Roles and responsibility**:
- Acquire new customers on a regular basis. Lead technical and commercial discussions / demonstration with prospective customers, understand their requirement, negotiate and finalize deals.
- Improve relationship with existing customers by achieving delivery and service quality expectations. Address customer queries and complaints as soon as possible. Ensure business growth from the same to meet financial targets given to self and team (for both domestic sales and exports)
- Conduct distributor business reviews every week and ensure business growth from the same. Acquire new distributors based on yearly targets.
- Expand company product business in HORECA segment. Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activities in the region.
- Coordinate with logistics vendors regarding product delivery as & when required)
**Qualification and Skills**:
- BCOM, BMS, MBA in MARKETING
- Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills etc.
- Good listening skills, negotiation skills and attention to detail
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
