**Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing products/services and their benefits.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales goals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and KPIs to senior management.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- **Branding & Positioning**: Assist in developing brand messaging, positioning, and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, digital content).
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage digital marketing efforts such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Work with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
