**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

**Document Processing**:

- Prepare, format, and edit documents with precision and accuracy using MS Word.
- Ensure compliance with company formatting standards and requirements.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records efficiently.

**Communication**:

- Interact professionally with team members and clients in English.
- Assist in proofreading and editing documents for grammar, style, and accuracy.

**Data Management**:

- Input, organize, and manage data within company systems.
- Ensure all documentation and data entries are up-to-date and error-free.

**Support Tasks**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience with **MS Word** and related software.
- Ability to format, edit, and create professional documents.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Strong command of **International English**, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional grammar and editing skills.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an **international call center** is a plus.
- Familiarity with professional communication standards for global clients.

**Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or certification in **Computer Applications**, **Office Administration**, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in document processing or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
