**Position**:

- Store Assistant - FMCG only

**Experience**:

- 1 yrs to 4 yrs

**Location**:

- Talegaon Dabhade, Pune
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing inventory, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored in the designated locations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the Store Manager or Supervisor.
- Prepare and organize products for distribution, ensuring that they meet the quality standards of the company.
- Help with packaging and labeling products according to company specifications.
- Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure that items are used before their expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including stock receipts, stock dispatch, and transfers.
- Support the loading and unloading of products from trucks, ensuring that all products are handled carefully and stored properly.
- Assist in the preparation of orders and deliveries to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Provide support in keeping the storage area temperature-controlled and ensuring the products are stored at the correct temperature.
- Assist with the management of materials and packaging supplies for the production process.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry standards.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of stock control, warehousing, and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and moving products.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in food storage.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and stock management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
