**Job Summary**: The Civil Field Labourer is responsible for performing various physical tasks on construction sites, assisting with the implementation of civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions carefully while ensuring safety standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Preparation**: Assist with preparing construction sites, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and moving equipment and materials as required.
- **Material Handling**: Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from the construction site. Ensure materials are stored properly and handle them with care.
- **Construction Assistance**: Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, plumbers) by providing necessary tools and materials, assisting with setting up equipment, and carrying out basic tasks as directed.
- **Site Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization on the construction site, including managing waste disposal and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor.
- **Basic Construction Tasks**: Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and helping with formwork as required.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate light machinery and hand tools, including shovels, pickaxes, and power tools, with proper training and safety precautions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with supervisors and other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
