**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and feedback to management for strategy improvement.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., FMCG, solar, real estate, etc.].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with regular field visits or client meetings.
- May require occasional travel for business development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
