**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages with skill and compassion.
- Correctly identify patients and label sample tubes accurately to ensure integrity.
- Ensure patient comfort and alleviate anxiety about the blood collection process.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, standard precautions, and infection control procedures.
- Manage and process specimens for laboratory testing.
- Handle basic patient data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

**Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)**:

- **Certification**: A diploma or certification in Phlebotomy is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic lab. Freshers with exceptional skills may also be considered.
- **Technical Skills**: Proven proficiency in venipuncture techniques with a high success rate.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a gentle, patient-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures.
