Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast sales trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales(minimum), preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of hospital equipment and medical devices.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,559.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
