- Jamshedpur

4. **Guwahati Office (Assam)**

**ü Scope of responsibility**:Supervise marketing efforts in 11 key locations in Assam:

- Kamrup Metro
- Kamrup Rural
- Nagaon
- Morigaon
- Nalbari
- Barpeta
- Hojai
- Kokrajhar
- Baksa
- Udalguri

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies in the respective regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth in each location.
- **Must have experience in working with schools** to promote services, build partnerships, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with local teams and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, schools, and vendors.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and report progress to the headquarters.
- Maintain a budget and oversee the financial aspects of marketing operations in the assigned regions.
- Lead and mentor regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably managing multi-location operations.

**Experience with Schools**: Proven experience in marketing and building relationships within the education sector, especially with schools.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
