**Teacher Position at Pathfinders Preschool**

**Job Overview**:The individual should have the ability to follow and maintain the philosophy and ethos of the preschool. Reporting to the Founders and Centrehead.
- Observation and evaluation of children on a regular basis
- Understanding children's needs and giving required support to each child - Writing students' reports
- Weekly and daily planning -class wise
- Conducting individual meetings with parents as and when required for a specific purpose. - Conducting individual meeting with parents (IMP) twice a year
- Planning field trips
- Timely distribution of circulars and notices to children
- Co-coordinating daily activities and routine with co-teachers
- Preparation and organizing of all the classroom activities of each day - Full participation in all the classroom activities as per the plan
- Rearranging the classroom and the material at the end of the day
- Creating appropriate board display
- Creating new teaching learning materials, work cards and worksheets. - Observation of children during the admission process
- Informing the head teacher regarding the need for any repairs in the classroom - Supporting the trainee teachers during their practical training
- Maintaining students' records
- Taking on the responsibility in allotted areas
- Informing person in charge/ head/head teacher regarding requisition of supplies and teaching material
- Repair and maintenance of teaching and learning material
- Maximizing use of material
- Creating new teaching learning materials, work cards, worksheets and powerpoints - Referring the parent to the Centre Head in special cases
- Attending all coordination meetings

**Requirements**:

- Early childhood degree and or certification is a must
- Needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Regularity and punctuality is very essential in school
- **Timings: 8.00am to 3.00pm/8.00am to 4.00pm / 11 am to 6.00 pm/12 pm to 6.00 pm**_

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
