**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure timely stock updates in ERP/software or physical registers.
- Regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- **Material Receiving & Inspection**:

- Verify quantity and quality of received materials against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with quality engineers for material inspection and approval.
- **Issuance & Dispatch**:

- Issue materials to site teams based on material requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation for every issue/dispatch.
- **Stock Arrangement & Safety**:

- Systematic stacking and tagging of materials.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and are easily accessible.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers.
- Follow up with vendors and logistics for delivery schedules.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and Issue Slips.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports. **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Inventory/Supply Chain Management preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (like Tally, SAP, or site ERP).
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, MEP items, etc.).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Integrity and accountability in stock handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic site conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction timelines and site logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
