Job Description – Store In-Charge & Admin (Project Site) The Store In-Charge & Admin will be responsible for managing all material, inventory, and administrative operations at the project site. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming materials; maintaining stock registers; ensuring proper storage, tagging, and issuance of materials as per site requirements; and coordinating with the Site Manager for daily material planning. The role includes monitoring consumables, tools, and equipment movement, maintaining returnable/non-returnable registers, and preparing monthly stock reports. Administrative duties include managing site documentation, coordinating gate passes, assisting with labour records, handling vendor communication, and supporting client audits. The position requires strong organisational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to maintain transparent and efficient store operations in a fast-paced erection project environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
