**Job Summary**:
A Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas. They ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, and the kitchen is organized and ready for service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and silverware.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
- Sweep and mop floors, clean tables, and remove trash.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with inventory of kitchen supplies and restocking as needed.
- Ensure adequate levels of cleaning supplies are maintained.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with minor equipment repairs as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
