Supervisor in Msw

The Municipal Solid Waste Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the efficient and environmentally responsible handling of municipal solid waste within a designated area. The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with waste management regulations, optimize waste collection processes, and promote sustainability initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of waste management personnel, including drivers and waste collection crews.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate and schedule waste collection routes to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
- Monitor and optimize collection processes to ensure timely and effective removal of municipal solid waste.
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal waste management regulations.
- Ensure that all waste management activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of waste collection activities.
- Utilize data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and inspection of waste collection vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Develop and implement programs to promote waste reduction, recycling, and other sustainable waste management practices.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for waste management incidents.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities during emergency situations to ensure a swift and effective response.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
