Shelter Supervisor

**Apne Aap Women's Collective (AAWC)** is an anti-trafficking organization that serves the women and their children in the redlight districts of Falkland Road and Kamathipura, Mumbai through our program Umeed (for women) and Udaan (for their daughters between 2.5 years to 18 years). We seek to empower the women trafficked into brothel-based prostitution, prevent the inter-generational cycle of prostitution among their daughters to have a dignified career and the future. The services provided to all our beneficiaries include education, health, empowerment, finance, recreation and shelter home placement.

Base: Mumbai, Kamathipura and Khetwadi

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Post Graduate (MSW) **fresher/ experienced** may apply
- This position work 24 X 7 nights and day.
- Prefer experience of working with vulnerable girls of marginalized community.
- Experience of managing shelter operations and programming.
- Should be able to independently work on MS office.
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi language.
- Multi-tasking, dynamic and ready to work in challenging situations.
- Good documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
