Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and reorder as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Act as a liaison between departments, employees, and external partners.
- Facilitate communication within the office and ensure information flows smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Work closely with the cafe staff to anticipate inventory needs and plan accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in inventory management or hospitality is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
