**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and develop curriculum and course materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
- Engage in academic research, publications, and conferences to contribute to the institution’s reputation for academic excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members for interdisciplinary courses and seminars.
- Participate in faculty meetings, student activities, and institutional committees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in the field of Computer Applications and Information Technology.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Master's degree (MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc) in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level, preferably in a BCA program.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Proficiency in database management, web development, and software engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment and engage students actively in the learning process.
- Experience in guiding student projects and research work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
