Job Description: Freelancer - Academic Teacher Trainer (Jammu and Kashmir)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and comprehensive academic training sessions for teachers at our schools in Jammu and Kashmir.
- Customize training modules based on the curriculum, teacher needs, and school standards.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure alignment with the educational goals of the institution.
- Travel to various school locations in Jammu and Kashmir as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Academic Trainer or Teacher Trainer.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage teachers and improve their teaching skills.
- Familiarity with modern educational tools and technology.
- Experience in training teachers for K-12 or preschool levels is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages (preferred).

**Compensation**:

- Up to INR 5000 per day per training session, inclusive of traveling expenses.

**Location**:Schools across Jammu and Kashmir.
