- Maintain and update company records, forms, and contact lists.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and office services.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the office space.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
