**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing & Dispatch**: Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time, managing the end-to-end process.
- **Packaging**: Prepare products for shipment with care, maintaining Modarta’s high quality and presentation standards.
- **Invoice Generation**: Create and manage invoices on Zoho with precision.
- **Account Management**: Manage Shiprocket account for smooth shipping operations and troubleshooting.
- **Returns Management**: Handle return requests, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the return process.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, helping to track and restock items as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with order management software (Zoho preferred) and shipping platforms (Shiprocket).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
