We are looking for **Data & QA Co-ordinator **to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in **Bangalore, IN.**
**How will you contribute to the team?**
**Pre-Contract Preparation (per site)**
- The client will issue F+G with their feedback from the previous year’s report.
- Action feedback/TSM (Technical Services Manager) data received from previous year’s report as instructed by F+G team.
- Taking the previous year’s excel report,
- Reduce the remaining life (assessed by surveyor) by 1 and change condition “B/C ” assets to condition B ahead of pre-population into GoReport.
- Ensure any U grade assets are pulled through into this year’s survey sheets
- Check the previous year’s report for any missing room codes
- Measured against space taxonomy created prior to year 1 surveys
- Take care to ensure room codes match exactly so missing room sheet is correct.
- Report back to F+G when complete for QA.
- Re-organise last year’s report to mirror the format of the GoReport sheets. And for each sheet:
- Divide up last year’s report into Years 1-5 data and Years 6+
- Divide the years 1-5 data into sheets no larger than 450 lines long based on site, floor, or area - ensure report is filtered to be in a sequential order.
- Upload pre-survey sheets onto GoReport, given a relevant title detailing what the sheet includes and allocated to the proscribed surveyor given to you by F+G
- Issue blank missing room sheets for the site in line with how many surveyors are to pick up.
**During Contract (per site)**
- When the survey of the sites is in progress, as advised by the F+G Team:
- Run a check on data mid-way through and directly after survey completion to ensure data capture is to the required standard regarding photo pickup (as informed by F+G) and missing room data.
- Update Leeds Team of any issues or errors, current progress for each check and sheet.
- At the end of the survey phase per site as instructed by the F+G Team:
- Export all uploaded data sheets from GoReport and run an initial QA on the data set ensuring.
- The number of lines is as expected compared to last year’s report.
- The photo capture is as expected.
- Each asset line has a correct justification code to ensure it is pulled through into the report in the correct tab.
- The quality of the data is intact and trend check son the content and formatting of the data is correct.
- Update Leeds Team of any issues as they arise.
- Prepare a plan of corrective actions for the data following feedback, agree these and implement.
- From the data, copy and paste the Years 6+ data into the data export before running the data through a Macro that is within the reporting template.
**Post Contract Reporting (per site)**
- Run the export data through the most up to date Macro report excel template.
- Add photos and item numbers utilising he excel tool functions only.
- Copy across previous year’s item numbers to keep asset ID constant.
- QA report in line with given QA Process Sheet as provided.
- Double check report to ensure pre-survey feedback is built in and any new feedback received since is included - WIP (work in progress) items may be superseded during surveys if works have been completed and therefore remaining life may have increased.
**Other Duties/Responsibilities**
- Maintaining regular contact with Leeds office regarding issues and progress updates (weekly meeting to be set up)
- Liaise with Leeds office and TB&A when actioning pre & post survey feedback as required - not to communicate directly with the client
