Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with a minimum of [Insert Number] years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality performance.
- Knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices, including ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Experience with quality management software and tools, such as quality control databases, statistical analysis software, and document control systems.
- Certification in quality management or quality engineering (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
