**Position**: Supervisor, PDC Line Quality

**Objective**: To lead and manage the quality assurance aspect of the product development process, ensuring all products meet or exceed the set quality standards and compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate activities related to quality assurance in the product development center. This includes monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of quality assurance personnel, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Continually assess and improve quality assurance processes, techniques, and systems to increase efficiency, reduce defects, and ensure product reliability.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting performance metrics, issues, and improvement plans.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, and other departments to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the product lifecycle.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in quality system standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization and external partners.

**Salary**: ₹10,599.92 - ₹21,448.15 per month
