Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team at a hospital in Koduvally, Kozhikode. The PRO will act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers. The PRO will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide support during their hospitalization.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients' concerns and needs are communicated to the appropriate staff.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Provide support and assistance to patients and their families during their hospital stay
- Assist patients in navigating hospital processes and procedures, including admission, discharge, and billing.
- Ensure that patients receive timely and accurate information about their medical conditions and treatments.
- Develop and implement patient relations programs to improve patient experience and satisfaction
- Monitor patient satisfaction and work to improve patient experiences.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve patient complaints and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions.
- Coordinate with hospital administration to ensure that patient complaints are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient relations or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and their families.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families, with the ability to provide emotional support and counseling.
- Ability to navigate complex hospital processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and complaints.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,169.89 - ₹50,000.00 per month
