**Position Title: District Sales Executive (Immediate joining)**

**Number of Vacancies: 75 (At every District Head Quarter of UP)**

We are looking for a passionate & trustworthy sales executive to join our sales team for our **online skill development training courses**. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, adding Franchisee, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.

**Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any stream

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year experience of sales and marketing.

**Desired Competencies**:
Direct sale. Market Execution, Business Development, Channel Partner (Franchisee) development & Management, Selling & Negotiation, **Open for Travel**.

**Person must have Two Wheeler with DL.**

**Person having laptop will get preference.**

**Posting shall be given in home district.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Ø Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.

Ø Meetings with potential clients and closing deals.

Ø Presentation & Demonstration of Company Products.

Ø Support clients and partners to meet business objectives.

Ø Meeting monthly sales targets and compliance for sales strategies.

Ø Addition of new channel partners (Franchisee) for business growth.

Ø Will work as interface between Company and Channel Partner.

Ø Provide support for addressing product specific issues through related team.

Ø Ensure adequate service level in market & build business in existing & new Channel Partners

Ø Maintain relations with Channel Partner.

Ø Daily Reporting and Progress sharing with State Head - Sales

Ø **Ensure achievement of sales targets at individual and channel partner level.**

**Salary up to Rs. 15000/- + Rs. 3000/-Travel Allowances + Incentives**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
