**Job Type**: Onsite / Full-time
**Working Days & Hours**: 5 Days | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Position Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA with 6 months of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. You will assist in manual & automated testing, identify bugs, and ensure the final product meets the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute **test cases** (manual & automated).
- Identify, document, and track **bugs/issues**.
- Collaborate with **developers** to test new features.
- Conduct **regression & performance testing**.
- Analyze **requirements & user stories** for testability.
- Maintain detailed records of **test cases & defects**.
- Report test results and suggest **process improvements**.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance **product quality & UX**.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Basic understanding of **STLC, SDLC, and testing types**.
- Familiarity with **bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)**.
- Knowledge of **test case writing** and execution.
- Basic knowledge of **SQL queries** for data validation.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)**.
- Strong **attention to detail** & analytical skills.
- Good **communication skills** (written & verbal).
- Ability to **work independently & in teams**.
- **Eagerness to learn** and grow in QA.
- Certifications or QA-related projects will be a **plus**.
