**Technical skills**
- Python, Java, Powershell/shell scripting, Go, C++ - for building AI agents and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith for agentic orchestration.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation,
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and GenAI co-pilots
- Hands-on experience with one of the platforms like:
- Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath - for IT operations automation.
- Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot - for Agentic or Conversational AI

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations (Infrastructure and Apps)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and Agentic AI use cases.
- Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and Agentic AI technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and AI technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations (Infrastructure + apps).
- Strong understanding of one of the conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams is a plus.
